Our Staff
Planning for the individual needs and interests of each child is undertaken by our dedicated staff. Details of members of staff, including their qualifications and areas of responsibility can be found on the notice board in the entrance lobby. The personalities of the team complement each other greatly ensuring the children receive a wide range of activities in the care of strong role models.
We are committed to safeguarding the children in our care so we follow a carefully structured recruitment and selection procedure. All practitioners hold relevant early years and childcare qualifications and have undergone enhanced DBS checks. All new staff follow a comprehensive induction program and then follow the staff training schedule to ensure they are motivated and up to date with the latest early years requirements.
